I shall not want

''From the love of my own comfort
From the fear of having nothing.
From a life of worldly passions.
Deliver me O God
From the need to be understood
From the need to be accepted
From the fear of being lonely
Deliver me O god
And I shall not want, I shall not want
When I taste your goodness, I shall not want
From the fear of serving others, from the fear of death or trial
From the fear of humility
Deliver me o god
When I taste your goodness, I shall not want''.
Audrey Assad

My favorite song right now, is the one above. As much as I would love to own 10 pairs of Christian Louboutin's, a Lambourghini, and a years worth of Starbucks blonde roast, I don't need anything but his hand on my life. When you rest on His hand and promises, all things fade away.  God will bring things to you that you never imagined to have or deserve. I shall not want. For I am in the palm of His hand. Everything will come with time. Just rest. Sorry about rambling!!! Love, Liv.
